Quick question, how do you track job changes within LinkedIn? We're getting false positives in our table, so sometimes people who have been in roles for eight months are coming up when we have the parameters set to minimum one month, maximum five. I'm wonder what triggers Clay to notify us. Thanks!
We track job changes through our Job Change Signals feature. Here's how it works: 1. You set up the signal by selecting "Monitor for job changes" under Actions in your table. 2. You provide LinkedIn URLs for the contacts you want to monitor. 3. The signal runs at the frequency you set, checking for changes in job information. Regarding false positives, our system doesn't have specific parameters for job duration. It simply detects when a person's current job differs from what we previously recorded. If you're seeing unexpected results, it might be due to how LinkedIn data is updated or displayed.
