How to Find HubSpot Company Object IDs for Bulk Updates

I'm creating my first import to update our HubSpot Company objects based on Clay research. I want to update Companies, and Clay is asking for the Company Object ID. How do I find this? I'm not updating a specific Company, I'm updating a list of companies, so using an individual Company ID does not make sense. I know this is a very basic question, I'm new to Clay and appreciate the help.
