A client of mine purchased the starter plan with my referral link but we didnt get the credits
There are several requirements that must be met for both parties to receive the 3,000 referral credits: 1. Your client must have visited clay.com using your unique referral link from Rewardful 2. They must not have cleared cookies that tag you as the referrer 3. They must have used the same browser from initial visit to signup 4. They must have become a paying customer (which they did by purchasing the Starter plan) If you believe all these conditions were met but the credits still weren't awarded, you can submit a form to resolve this. Hello David, I did a bit more digging... typically, there is a delay of 5-6 weeks for referrals. Once the users have completed their first month, we will process and send over the credits! Sorry for the confusion here. Does this clear up your issue? Gabe
