Improving Claygent Prompt for Accurate Company Domain Search

Hey team, I need some help with a Claygent (Neon) prompt I’m working on. Goal: Pull the official company website domain for given company names via a web search and making sure it’s not a third-party domain and is closely related to the company name. I had good success with my previous dataset (US & UK), but now I’m only getting ~3/10 correct matches. Most of the incorrect ones point to ` `. If anyone has ideas on how to refine or improve my prompt to filter out these irrelevant results and improve accuracy, I’d really appreciate it!

These native integrations are specifically designed for domain finding and should give you much higher accuracy than web search prompts.

Already did that Clearbit isn't returning any data. Google also returns http://company-information.service.gov.uk/ and HG Insights isn't also returning any data.

For HG Insights, try adding a Location filter to improve accuracy - you can specify continent, country, state, or city to help narrow down matches. For better domain finding when native integrations aren't working, consider creating a waterfall enrichment that combines multiple sources, or use our "Use company names to get domains" workflow template that includes domain verification steps. If you need to stick with Claygent, try refining your prompt to explicitly exclude the problematic URL you mentioned and add location context to help filter results.

Since individual integrations aren't giving you the accuracy you need, try our "Use company names to get domains" workflow template that combines multiple sources and includes domain verification steps. For the Google integration, make sure you're using the "Country" parameter to specify your target region, and add the problematic URL to the "Excluded Domains" field to filter it out. You can also create a waterfall enrichment that tries multiple domain-finding sources in sequence to maximize your hit rate.

To improve your prompt for UK companies, explicitly exclude common UK government sites, use multiple keyword combinations, and require the AI to visit and validate domains. Some other recommendations would be to: ** Make sure your output format is clean (just the domain). ** Use Helium for most searches (cost-effective) and only switch to Argon for more complex verification. * Test both on a small sample to see which works best. You can also run it after Clearbit in a waterfall setup, and add a second validation step to check if the site loads and has real business content. For generic names, include extra context like industry or location. Hopefully that helps boost it from 3/10
