Hi everyone ! My company has changed their domain, hence our email addresses look different now. We cannot log in with our old one or the new one. Any hints? Would appreciate it!
To update your email address after your company's domain change, you'll need to provide: 1. Current email address on your account 2. New email address you'd like to use Important note: If you've already created another account with the new email address, that account will need to be deleted first. For your co-workers, you can remove their old email addresses and re-invite them under Team Settings in your Clay account. If you need help with this update, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."
