Hey , i cancelled the plan on 28th oct and you said i will be in grace period till Nov 29th. Also You mentioned 3000 credits will be available till Nov 29, why it’s 200 now ?

When you cancelled on Oct 28, your plan downgraded to free on Oct 29. The 1-month grace period means you have until Nov 29 to use any credits above 200 before they're reduced to the free plan's rollover limit of 200 credits.
The grace period doesn't keep your full balance available—it gives you one month to use excess credits before the cap is enforced. After that month (Nov 29), your balance will be capped at 200, which is 2x the free plan's monthly credit limit. [1]
If you need more time to use your credits, you can request a short extension (typically up to one month) by asking to speak to a human. [2]
