Issue with Work Email Waterfall Stopping at 80% on 3K Leads

is there anyproblemw ith work email water fall my file is of 3k leads and i’ve run work email water fall but it is only running till 80% what's the problem?

The most common reason your work email waterfall stops at 80% is running out of API credits with your email verification provider.
To fix this, you'll need to purchase additional credits from your email verification provider. Once you've added more credits, go to your first waterfall column and use the "Run all rows that haven't run or have errors" option to restart just the failed entries.
Alternatively, you can select the remaining rows by clicking and dragging, then right-click and select "Run # of cells" to continue the enrichment. [1]

i've got 1k credits left after running the whole row to 80%

With 1k credits remaining, you can continue running the waterfall on the remaining 20% of your rows. Select the rows that haven't run yet by clicking and dragging, then right-click and choose "Run # of cells" to continue the enrichment.
Alternatively, go to your first waterfall column and use "Run all rows that haven't run or have errors" to restart just the remaining entries. [1]

i've tried to run it but it stops immediately

If your waterfall stops immediately despite having credits, try generating a fresh API key from your email verification provider and reconnecting it.
Also check if there are any specific error messages in the cells - click into the cells that failed to see more details about what's causing the immediate stop.
What error message do you see when you click into one of the failed cells?
