Issue with Formula Enrichment Not Generating Results

I am unable to use the Formula enrichment since past 2 days. When I input the formula and click on 'Generate' the screen blanks out and returns back to the table without the response or results.

This looks like a bug — try clearing cache/cookies or using an incognito window. If it still happens, share your browser and OS so support can reproduce and fix it.If you couldn't fix it after that tell me.

Since the Formula enrichment is currently facing issues, you can use the 'Manual prompt enrichment' method instead it works reliably and will help you get the results without errors. Select your rows. Click Enrich > Manual prompt enrichment. Write your prompt manually using field variables (e.g., {{Name}}, {{Experience}}). Click Generate.
