Hi ! I have a table with my customers company. Is there any way to find people previously hired in those companies and that are currently having a specific job ? From what I understand, the "past XP" filter also considers current position, which I don't want. I would like to filter on past companies only.
The "Past experiences" toggle in Find People includes past experiences in your search criteria. When you enable this toggle, the Past Experiences filter will match companies, titles, and experiences filters against past experiences only. To find people who previously worked at your customer companies but currently have specific jobs elsewhere, you would: 1. Enable the "Past experiences" toggle in your Find People search 2. Set your customer companies in the Past Experiences section 3. Configure your current job title criteria in the main job title filters 4. Use the "Exclude people" option to exclude current employees from those customer companies Are you looking to exclude people who currently work at your customer companies, or do you need help with a different aspect of setting up this search?
