I want to run rows into a Clay table which I can do a via a webhook, then take it out which I can do via an API call, but there is a 50k row limit. I want to somehow create a new table or delete rows so I can keep this as a permanent table for all of my data as opposed to manually doing it - how would I achieve this?
You have a few options to work around the 50k row limit:
Auto-delete (Enterprise Plan): Automatically processes incoming webhook data, enriches it, then deletes rows to maintain space. This bypasses the standard limit by handling rows on a rolling basis. [1]
Bulk Enrichment: Process millions of rows without limits. Data flows through Clay for enrichment then exports to external destinations, with rows automatically deleted after export. [2]
Split into Multiple Tables: For non-Enterprise users, divide your data across multiple tables to stay under the 50k limit per table.
Before we explore these further, try using Sculptor (top-right corner) to help set up your automated workflow - it's free and can quickly configure table automations. Let me know if Sculptor helps or if you need more details on any of these approaches.

Will bulk enrichment work because it says only source is sales force?
Currently, bulk enrichment only supports Salesforce as the import source, but we're adding support for Snowflake, CSV, and HubSpot CRM soon. [1]
If you're using webhooks (not Salesforce), bulk enrichment won't work for your current setup. You'd need to stick with the other options I mentioned earlier: auto-delete or splitting across multiple tables. [2]

can I automatically split across multiple tables like creating a table via API?
For your webhook workflow, you'd need to manually create multiple tables first, then set up automation to route incoming data based on your criteria (like row count thresholds).
Try Sculptor (top-right corner) to help set up this automated data routing between your existing tables—it's free and can quickly configure these workflows.

okay and what price does auto-delete start at?
