I want to know how to get the number of employees in the finance team of a specific company. Can you tell me how to proceed?
You can find the number of employees in a company's finance team by using our employee headcount search feature. Here's how: 1. Enter the company's name or website as your search criteria 2. Specify "Finance" in the job titles field (you can include related titles like "Financial Analyst," "Accountant," etc.) 3. Optionally, you can: • Set the maximum number of employees to return (up to 10) • Filter by specific location if you want to focus on a particular country or cityThis will help you query employee headcount based on these specific criteria, providing insights into the size of the company's finance team. I recorded this walkthrough video showing exactly how to set this up: https://cln.sh/f0414Pbh Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
I don't need who all are there
As in size of the finance team, accounting team, number of controller
And size of senior finance employees (CFO,CAO, Controller, VP, Directors, head of finance), Presence of cfo, presence of controller, number of accountants
Ah, got it—thanks for clarifying! In this case, I’d suggest using the “Find Employee Headcount by Criteria” feature. You can set the criteria you want to filter by, such as seniority, job functions, and specific titles. If you’re working with multiple titles, you’ll need to create multiple columns for each set of criteria. I’d recommend starting with seniority + job function. For example: • To get the size of the senior finance team, you can filter by seniority (e.g., CFO, CAO, VP, Director) and job function “Finance.” in one column • For accountants or controllers, you can specify those job titles in your criteria in another column Let me know if you need help setting this up!
Thanks, not sure why it is coming like that
That's because there were no roles found that were fitting your criteria. Have you double checked the company to see if that was the case? If you spot any difference, I'd recommend to add more keywords to help filtering this a bit better.
Yes there are people with the designation
and I added all possible keywords
Hey! I ran some test enrichments in your table to show you different approaches: 1. Used your current enrichment on all rows 2. Added an enrichment focused on seniority and job function 3. Added "Find contacts at company" which pulls live LinkedIn data You'll notice using finance department vs keywords returns better results. Find contacts gives even more accurate data since it's live vs periodic updates. I've also added all the credits. Let me know if you have more questions
Also, as a side note, I'd recommend removing the exact keyword match since not everyone will be writing the titles the same way and we've categorized already pretty much all the titles :)
Thank you loads but how would I add for an accountant and controller? and junior finance persona?
Hey! They all fall under Finance job function. For junior roles, just add "entry" in the job title seniority levels. This will catch accountants, controllers, and junior finance roles. https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1379599054/8054bf66de34a1db480ea9f56c9c/CleanShot+2025-02-13+at+_51kLzmQPZT%402x.png?expires=1739484000&signature=a6ef6866f9b0f9babfd7953144cdc52e8a8402363b255a3ab21a401f8c7a07ab&req=dSMgH8x3lIFaXfMW1HO4zXSPius5gHzhFekliG9kn3OZPxsufb9ZDCA1sxvg%0AOrc5%0A
Sounds great, thanks!
