Can anyone tell me what minimal information i need to supply in my custom table to drive the email enrichment? All i have for sure is first name, last name, linkedIn profile URL. I'd like to secure the work email. However, whenever i try, it either fails, or the tool requires company domain (which i don't have as part of my input).
You have the right corner pieces for people enrichment: full name and personal profile URL. [1]
The company domain requirement is the main blocker. Here's how to get around it:
Option 1: Use Claygent or Google searches to find the company domain from the profile URL you already have.
Option 2: Try fallback combinations like Full Name + Company Name instead of company domain. [2] You can extract the company name from the profile URL.
Note: Results will always be more accurate when you have a profile URL (which you do) compared to just name + domain.

well, i feel like this is kind of "cheating" in a way - one would assume, if i knew the company domain, and the first name and last name, i could try variations of first name, last name, first initial etc. i don't HAVE the company domain. i can infer a company name from their last employment (I have a full download of the linkedIn profile). But this doesn't feel like an exact science...
You're right—it's not an exact science, but it's the most reliable approach. Here's what works:
Extract company domain from the profile: Use the company name from their employment history to find the domain via Google searches or Claygent.
Alternative inputs that work: Many enrichment tools accept company name + full name instead of requiring the domain. For example, Openmart takes company name as optional alongside the required full name and domain.
Best combination: Full name + company name (extracted from profile) + LinkedIn URL gives you the highest match rates. The LinkedIn URL you already have is actually the strongest identifier.
The "guessing" part is finding the domain, but once you have company name + LinkedIn profile, most providers can work with that combination effectively.

assuming i dig to find the company domain, and i have the user's linkedIn profile and full name, what is the typical cost for the email enrichment?
Most email enrichment tools cost 2-3 credits per enriched cell when using our managed accounts:
• Datagma Find Work Email: 2 credits
• Hunter Find Work Email: 2 credits
• RocketReach Find Personal Email: 3 credits
• Wiza Find Work Email: Available with credits
• Prospeo: Credits charged per query regardless of success
With your LinkedIn profile + full name + company domain combo, you'll get the highest match rates across these providers.
