I have a problem adding leads to Smartlead campaigns. What could be the reason? I have already checked and none of these could be the reason:
Lead exists already in any Smartlead campaign
I got enough credits in Smartlead
no community blocked lead
No duplicate
Lead not blocked
Any ideas?
Since you've ruled out the common issues, here are additional reasons why leads might not be added to Smartlead campaigns: Lead Limit Reached: If you've hit your account's lead limit in Smartlead, no new leads can be added until limits are increased or adjusted. "Allow Duplicate Leads Across Campaigns" Setting: Check if this setting is turned off in your Smartlead account. By default, if a lead already exists in another campaign, it won't allow you to add it to this campaign. Campaign Setup Issues: Ensure you have an existing campaign set up in Smartlead that you're pushing leads to. Every Smartlead integration action must have an existing campaign. API Key Issues: Verify your Smartlead API key is correctly configured in Clay and hasn't expired. If none of these resolve the issue, you may need to request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" for further troubleshooting.
