Hey Rohan J. - I've tried the employees by dept in Apollo but it isn't very reliable and "find people at company" via apollo as you describe - requires the company input to start. Wanting to find companies without XYZ job titles amongst their employees first (exclude job titles).

Then you should go with apollo

And there you can see employee by department

That would be the best option
