My credits are gone (referral + cohort)
Credits can disappear for several reasons: Credits spent on deleted tables: Credits are consumed when used on tables, even if those tables are later deleted. Check your trash folder for any deleted tables that may have consumed credits. Credit rollover limits: If you're on a monthly plan, unused credits roll over but are capped at double your plan's monthly limit. Credits beyond this cap don't accumulate. Referral requirements: For referral credits, both parties must meet specific conditions - the referred person must sign up using your link and activate a paying workspace to receive the 3, 000 credits. Check your workspace settings under "Referrals" to monitor your referral status and credit activity.
To track your referral credits, go to your workspace settings and click "Referrals" to monitor your referral activity and credits earned. For referral credits to be awarded, the referred person must sign up using your referral link AND activate a paying workspace - both parties then receive 3, 000 credits. If your referral link was used correctly but credits weren't awarded, verify the account subscribed to a paid plan. Unfortunately, if the referral link wasn't used during signup, referral credits cannot be granted. Check your Referrals section in workspace settings to see the status of your referrals and confirm whether the requirements were met.

Hey there Kristina sorry for the delay to answer your first question, this is due to the rollover policy that the company enacted over a year ago, you can read more about the Credit Roll Over Update here. As for the table the reason why this error is occurring in the tech stack is due to the fact that a product was not selected inside of the "HG Insights" provider. If you click on it while inside of the waterfall setup you will see this menu where you can make a selection here.
