Your OpenAI API key needs to be upgraded to Tier 2 or higher. Having $50 and waiting 7+ days isn't enough - you need to meet OpenAI's usage requirements. For reliable use with Clay, you need 30,000 TPM for ChatGPT columns and 450,000 TPM for Claygent. Free plans and Tier 1 won't support these requirements. Check your current tier at OpenAI API Usage Limits and contact OpenAI support to upgrade to Tier 2.

Hey Kshitij P.! Your balance doesn’t affect rate limits. Go to platform.openai.com/account/limits click “Request higher limits” For now switch to GPT-3.5 or GPT-4 in Clay to keep things running.
