Hi Team! I'm conducting a Salesforce look-up record in my table, but it continues to only return 5 records maximum. Is there a way that I can force it to return as many records that are found when pulling from our Opportunity object ?
The Salesforce "Lookup Record" action doesn't have a built-in limit control for the number of records returned. [1]
Alternatively, consider using the "Lookup Records via SOQL" action where you can write a custom SOQL query to control exactly how many Opportunity records are returned.
Did that answer your question?
No.. if theres no limit for number of records returned then why is it limiting to 5

Hiya Sydney! curious about the use case -- bringing in opportunity records is interesting, what's the workflow that you're trying to build?
but yes, you should be able to bring in more than 5 records at a time
We are messaging our customers who recently attended a conference and providing them with a free audit, but we want to avoid emailing any merchants taht are in an active sales deal cycle. So, we need to pull in the opportunities field from salesforce to check if there are future deals that we need to be awrae of
ahh! that makes sense
Hey there Sydney thanks for reaching out, and appreciate you jumping in Willy. Currently the sales force look up record integration does not include the option to find more than five records at a time. If you're looking to find more than five then in this case you would have to use the sales force look up via SOQL integration.
