Issue with Referral Link for Clay Onboarding Assistance Needed

Clay S. Hi. I've tried to use the referral link to onboard a friend in Clay, but when he tried to Signup it returned the following message. This email has never been onboarded in Clay before cristian.barbuia@safeflows.io. Can you help me?

The error message suggests your friend is trying to sign up with an email that's not recognized in our system, which is expected for new users. For the referral to work properly, your friend needs to: 1. Visit clay.com using your unique referral link 2. Not clear cookies that tag you as the referrer 3. Use the same browser from visit to signup 4. Complete signup and activate a paying workspace Both of you will earn 3,000 Clay credits only when your friend successfully signs up and activates a paying workspace. If your friend continues to experience issues, please ask them to try the signup process again using the same browser, ensuring cookies are enabled.

Hi George, The reason your friend's email got blocked is because there are a 3 accounts associated to his name and all of them were created within minutes of each other. I have gone ahead and unlocked this email: cristian.barbuia@safeflows.io Let me know if I can help you with anything else :)

Hi Smit V. all is good now. I didn't know that my friend Cristian had already an account on cristian.barbuia@safeflows.io but he never used it. When I sent him the referral link to be used on this account, the account got locked. Then he tried to make another account on different address. Currently he said that it's all good on cristian.barbuia@safeflows.io but without the referral incentive. Is there any possibility for him to allocate those 3k credits?
