Hi, our account completely ran out of credits this past weekend. In credits usage, we've used a total of 9404 credits, out of 10K, also we had a lot of left over credits from the previous month. However somehow this weekend we had 0 left, can you take a look and tell me why this is please?

I checked the credit usage, but it was still under 10k, and today we have 0

Thank you for reaching out to the support team.
So there seems to be two questions here.
1.
What has been the source of my credit spend?
This month so far the following table has spent the most credits on your account:
With intellizence being the integration that has been used the most.
2. What happened to the excess credits we had before the rollover period?
If you have a monthly subscription, unused credits will roll over and accumulate in your account up to 2x the credit limit according to your plan. Due to this, you had 8571 credits expire. I've gone ahead and restated those credits in your acount as a one time courtesy.
