Hi Clay team, I'm trying to import object from HubSpot in a new table, after taking a while I'm receiving this message: Error!Request failed with status code 401
A "401" error when importing objects from HubSpot usually means there is an authentication issue—your HubSpot account may not be connected, or the connection has expired or lacks the required permissions. To resolve this:
1. When setting up the import, ensure you select your HubSpot account in the modal. If you haven't connected it yet, click + Add account
and complete the authentication process.
2. If your account was previously connected, try re-authenticating to refresh the connection.
3. Make sure your HubSpot account has the necessary permissions to access the objects you want to import.
After reconnecting, try the import again. If the issue persists, you can request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person" in this chat.
