Issues with Missing Data and UI Changes in Clay Workbooks

Anyone experiencing missing data with Clay? Noticed the UI/UX is different when opening a workbook and this morning I've gone into a company table and imported names, company name and description are all blank?

Missing data after import typically occurs because not all data is available within the initial import process itself. When you edit source filters or make changes to a table after it's been run, Clay doesn't automatically reprocess previously generated data. To see updated results with your imported data, you need to either: • Delete and re-run the import step • Duplicate the table with the updated source The blank fields likely indicate that additional enrichment is needed after your initial import to populate company names and descriptions through provider waterfalls or other enrichment tools. If you need further help troubleshooting this specific issue, request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."

I’m also facing these issues, but GTM engineers and Clay experts don’t seem to be experiencing them I was having the same problems this morning but I reached out to a Clay expert a lady and she helped resolve my concerns

Jonathan Melhuish-Sprague I’d recommend sharing the table with a Clay expert just to be safe. They helped me resolve a similar issue earlier today.

Hey, If you didn’t make any edits and data went missing, that’s definitely not expected. It’s possible some data re-ran or something in the setup triggered the columns to reset Could you clarify which data is missing exactly? Did you update any columns that might’ve re-triggered runs, or accidentally delete anything? That’ll help us track down what happened. Let me know and we’ll dig in.

Hey Bo (Clay) - it was actually the name of the companies imported from a company search

Hey—got it. The companies were imported with their names, and you can spot them at the bottom of the table. The top section shows the CSV import, while the actual company search results appear below that. Let me know if you need help sorting them out.

Yeah I probably do as I never imported anything from a CSV for this campaign, they were all found with the Clay company search

Hello Jonathan! Thanks for reaching out! Jumping in for Bo here, taking a look at your table right now. Initial thoughts I can see for your last run 895 rows were added and information around those 895 (Company Name etc) can be seen in the table. What is confusing is that in the run history I can only see the last 895 rows being added and nothing before that. However since this information exists in the table, there should be a history for it. I will relay this to the engineers while I take a deeper look at this! Thanks for being patient!
