identify multiple people per company across various job titles 🔎 Hi all, We're working with a large account list and need to find multiple contacts per company based on specific job titles. Since we recently switched from Apollo to Clay, I'd love to get your guidance on the best approach. Use Case: We need to identify multiple people per company across various job titles while maintaining high data quality and efficient credit usage. What We've Tested:
'Find & Enrich Person from Google Search': Low data quality and limited to searching one title at a time
'Find Employees at Company' from Datagma: Better quality than Google search but still not optimal results, plus it's limited to only 5 job titles
Question: What's the optimal enrichment strategy for:
High-quality contact findings
Multiple job title searches per company
Minimum credit consumption
Thanks in advance for your help!
Use waterfall enrichment for people to automatically query multiple providers in cost-effective order until data is found. Credit optimization strategies: • Set up conditional runs in enrichment settings to only enrich qualified leads that meet specific criteria • Use filtered views - you're only charged for rows in your current view • Qualify leads early using free actions like Enrich Company before running paid people enrichments For multiple job titles: Create separate enrichment columns for each target role, then use conditional logic to run them only on companies that meet your qualification criteria. This approach maximizes data quality while minimizing unnecessary credit spend on unqualified prospects.
Hi Sarah! Thank you so much for reaching out! Happy to help out. Do you want more guidance on the best enrichment strategy to find high quality contacts and job titles?
Sarah G. If you're open to API not yet natively in Clay, this one works well: https://app.findymail.com/docs/#tag/misc/POST/api/search/employees
Hi Sarah! In Clay, even if an API is not native yet, we can still use it by using the HTTP API action. Here's a resource on how to do it step by step: https://www.clay.com/university/lesson/http-api-clay-101
Let me know if you need additional help walking through this!

Sarah G. if you're audience is on LinkedIn, every second company relies on sales navigator to get access to their data, I would suggest you use: theboomerang.co, to import the list of companies and then find the target people through sales navigator exports.
