Troubleshooting Failed to Create Column Error in Kitt API

When adding a new column to find email via kitt (using our API key) im just getting a continious "failed to create column" error. HAve never experieenced this in any other workbooks.

can you share a screenshot of your json input? The first image you sent it is missing double quotes around full name and company domain

ive shortened this but this is my API input
