Does the "Sync leads to campaign" enrichment require credits?
No, the "Sync leads to campaign" enrichment does not require credits. Integrations with CRMs or email sending tools are free on our Pro plan. [1] We only charge credits for data enrichment actions like finding contact information, firmographic data, LinkedIn profiles, and AI web scraping. [2] Campaign syncing falls under our free integration category. [3]

If you need any more help with understanding how credits work for different actions, please let me know. Would you like to share more about what you're trying to achieve with the campaign sync?
im trying to get leads in the new campaign tab. its waiting for the sync for an abnormally long time. Yes, the leads have been sent from the source list.
Since your leads show "Sent" status but aren't appearing in the campaign tab, try a hard refresh first: Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac).
If that doesn't work, the sync column might be stuck. Click the "Sync leads to campaign" column header and select Force Rerun Column to reset it.
You can also try clicking on individual cells showing "Sent" and select "re-run this cell" to manually trigger the sync. [1]

Try a hard refresh to resolve the sync delay:
Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R
Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
Performance issues can occur with larger tables or when multiple actions run simultaneously, causing latency where data takes longer to load. The hard refresh often resolves stuck processes and sync delays.
If the issue persists after refreshing, the sync should complete shortly as indicated by the "This may take a sec" message.

its just taking too long. refresh doesnt work and its been 15 minutes
A 15-minute delay suggests a processing bottleneck. Performance issues occur with larger tables or when multiple actions run simultaneously, causing latency where data takes longer to load.
Try breaking your sync into smaller batches to reduce processing load. The delay might be related to table size or network congestion affecting data transfer. [1]
If the column appears "queued" or stuck, create a new "Sync leads to campaign" column by duplicating the current one and run it on the affected rows. This often resolves processing delays when columns get stuck mid-execution.
