Dynamic Renewal Date Sequences: Formula Updates & Filters Explained

I have a list of prospects to reach out to where I'd like to have the prospects pushed to a sequence based on how many days out a renewal date is. My plan is to have a "days until" formula column and send based on that number. Question is - will that dynamically update/stay accurate day by day? Will it still update for rows that are currently filtered out?
