I cannot login to my company clay account. Can someone help?

That did not work. We have changed the primary domain we use for Google SSO and due to this we can't access our account currently. Can you please change the email address associated with my account from zach@zerve.io to zach@zerve.ai in order to restore access to our account

Hey there! I can see there are already existing accounts with both emails - what I can do is delete the current account associated with zach@zerve.ai and transfer that email to the zach@zerve.io account. If that works let me know and I can proceed!

Hey Zach - Which account do you need access to? As I mentioned before, we have accounts under both emails - does the solution I outlined above work in terms of transferring the email from one account to the other?
Hari K. I need access to my paid clay account. I've always just used google to SSO into clay and as my last message said, the old primary domain is zach@zerve.io and now my primary domain is zach@zerve.ai. So no, your solution does not work because I need to be able to SSO into clay using my zach@zerve.ai and have access to everything that our business runs on. This is an urgent matter now and I have been unable to gain access since Friday last week so can we please get this sorted ASAP!
Hey Zach - You currently have an active account under zach@zerve.ai which you can login to via Google SSO with the new domain. Do you wish to change it to a password login instead?
