Trouble Saving Duration in Custom Rate Limit for HTTP API

Clay S. I am having issues with my http api. I am trying to set a "duration" under "Custom rate limit" but when I hit save it does not save it. I tried creating different tables but nothing

The duration field in Custom rate limit should accept values between 1 and 900,000 milliseconds (e.g., 1000 ms = 1 second). The rate limit must average at least 5 requests per second to work properly. If the duration still won't save, there might be a formatting issue. Can you copy and paste your current rate limit configuration (both Request Limit and Duration values) so I can help troubleshoot further?
