Hi I have looked up a salesforce record associated with a company domain, but it has given me the wrong result. How do i manually change the result to the correct one?
To update a Salesforce record with the correct information, you'll need to follow these steps: 1. First, you'll need the Record ID of the Salesforce record you want to update. 2. Then use the Update Record action in Clay: โข Select your Salesforce account โข Enter the Record ID โข Choose the appropriate object type (e.g., Lead, Contact, Account) โข Map the fields you want to update with the correct information Important note: You can toggle on "Remove Blank Values" to ensure you don't accidentally overwrite existing data with blank values. The changes will update the record with your corrected information. If you want the updates to sync automatically, you can enable auto-update to sync records every 24 hours.
