Hi Support team, i am new in using clay and i think i did a mistake in find a companies and burn all of my credits without my intention. It's now automatically become 0 credit out of 2000 credits after i find companies, is there any option to restore it? i would really appreciate for your help. Thank you
Unfortunately, credits used for data enrichment cannot be restored once consumed. However, you only pay credits for data enrichment (finding contact information, firmographic data, etc.) - not for building lists from LinkedIn, Google Maps, or other sources, which is free. For future reference, you can prevent accidental credit usage by turning off auto-update in Run Settings while building your table. If you need more credits, you can purchase credit top-ups from Settings > Plans & Billing > Purchase Credits. If you need further help, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."
Actually i'm totally new using this, and i was accidentally waste all my credit for finding companies, even it's not complete any of my goals for using clay, i need a help from Clay team to walk through and guide me on this, and restoring my credit that was used due to my inadvertence
Hey Romy! I just went ahead and added 2k credits back to your account. Could you send a link to your table so I can take a look at what happened and give you some clarity on how to prevent this going forward?
