Looks like I need a new slack invite sent to my gmail at dustinjdicarlo828@gmail.com (mailto:dustinjdicarlo828@gmail.com) so I can join the upcoming cohort slack. This one is tied to my outlook email and seems from emails that I need to use the gmail for the upcoming cohort next week. Can someone assist me with this?

I can't send Slack invites directly, but you can update your email for the cohort by requesting a change to your Clay Email or Workspace ID. I need to use my gmail I'm told instead of switching to this one and it's not letting me add a second email.

You can't add a second email to your existing account or switch between multiple Clay emails for cohort access. If you need to use your Gmail address for the upcoming cohort Slack, you’ll need to update your Clay Email to your Gmail.
To do this, you’ll need to:
Provide both your original email (the one currently linked) and your new Gmail address.
If you’ve already created an account with your Gmail, that account will need to be deleted first.

Can i switch access to this email and workspace account instead of using my gmail?

You can use your current email and workspace account for cohort Slack access, as long as the Clay Email you use has access to the Clay Workspace ID you submitted in your application. You cannot use an email that doesn’t have access to the workspace you mention in your application. If your current email is already linked to the correct workspace, you should be able to join the cohort Slack without needing to switch to your Gmail address. If you’re being told to use your Gmail, double-check that your current email is linked to the correct workspace. If not, you’ll need to update your Clay Email to match the workspace you want to use for the cohort [1] [2] [3] .
