Once a table has already been imported from HubSpot, when it re-runs, will it eliminate rows if they are no longer on the source list? I would like the number on the source list to always match the number of rows in the Clay table. In this case, this table keep pulling in 29,372 rows when the source list only contains 27,412 contacts?
No, Clay doesn't automatically remove rows when re-importing from HubSpot. Editing the source of a Clay table after it's been run won't retroactively update the results, because Clay doesn't reprocess previously generated data automatically. To sync your table with the updated source list, you need to either delete and re-run the step or duplicate the table with the updated source. This explains why your table shows 29,372 rows while your HubSpot source list only contains 27,412 contacts.
