How can I create a checkmark that is only checked to the rows in a specific filtered out view?

Create a checkmark column and use conditional runs to only check rows in your filtered view: 1. Add a checkmark column to your table 2. Set up conditional runs: • Go to the Run Settings of your checkmark column • In the "Only run if" box, add a conditional formula that matches your filter criteria • Use the "Use AI" button to input plain language instructions for easier setup 3. Alternative approach: Create your filtered view first, then run the checkmark column only on the visible rows. Filtered views ensure only the rows you're viewing are processed This way, the checkmark will only be applied to rows that meet your specific filter conditions, saving you from processing unnecessary rows.
