Here's how to run a waterfall process to find a company contact email using a domain:
1. Start with the company domain you have.
2. Use the Find Work Email action with the following inputs:
• Full name of the person
• Company domain
The system will search through multiple data providers to find the work email.
Note: You'll need to ensure you have both the person's full name and company domain for this process to work effectively. The waterfall feature will automatically try multiple data providers to find the most accurate email information.
Optional: You can enable auto-update to refresh the data every 24 hours to avoid stale information.
Here's how to use the waterfall method to find an email:
1. Go to your table and click the "Add Enrichment" button in the top-right corner
2. Type in "Work email" in the search
3. Click on the waterfall option
4. Select your preferred data providers
5. Input the necessary data fields for the search
For best results, make sure you have both the person's full name and company domain available.
