Exporting Leads from Clay: Managing Large Result Sets

Hi there, I'm new to Clay and had a question I’d like to clarify. I’m currently searching for leads using the “Find Jobs” source, with the goal of identifying open engineering roles in the US. I’ve noticed that Clay returns a maximum of 1,000 results per search, regardless of how many total results exist. So, for example, if I run a search that returns 7,000 results, how can I export all of those records into a table? And if I need to run multiple searches, how can I export the data while excluding the results I’ve already exported previously? Thank you!

Hello Ignacio. The limit you're seeing is because your workspace is on the Trial plan right now. The paid plans have higher limits:
https://www.clay.com/pricing
Searches can also be re-run, and scheduled. That way additional rows can be introduced to the table. It's just not all at the same time.

Thanks for the information Mark! 😄 I have one more question: would I be able to extract a table of open job listings without using Clay credits? Just want to make sure before extract a large amount of rows Thanks again!

The 'Find Jobs' search will always suggest/encourage the 'Enrich company' action. But if you don't want that, you can exit before confirming that last step. You should still see the find-jobs table that has your original search results in it.
