Improving Find People Feature for Better Match Rates

Hi team, using "find people" option to look for people with specific keywords in the experience section of their linkedin profile but facing an issues - Clay match rate is poor. I.e. it is not able to find 5/15 people I checked manually that do exist on linkedin Is there any way to improve this ?

The "Find People" feature relies on third-party data providers that may not have the most current information, especially for recent LinkedIn updates.Data is refreshed on a rolling basis with full updates taking 2-3 weeks. To improve match rates for experience keywords: • Reduce keyword specificity - Try using broader, more focused keywords like "financial," "accounting," or "analyst" rather than very specific terms • Review your search filters - Adjust filters to better target desired profiles for improved accuracy • Use real-time enrichment - For the most current data, use "Enrich Person from Profile" which pulls information in real-time and is much closer to the current state of profiles The rolling data refresh cycle means some recently updated LinkedIn profiles may not appear in search results immediately.
