Explorer Plan Pricing Confusion: Why More Credits Cost More?

Hi , I don't totally understand the pricing here - how come Explorer Plan of 14,000 credits is more expensive than 10,000 credits? (based on price/credit)

Looking at our Explorer Plan pricing, the 14,000 credit option ($499/month) does have a higher cost per credit than the 10,000 credit option ($349/month). The 10,000 credit plan costs approximately $0.0349 per credit, while the 14,000 credit plan costs approximately $0.0356 per credit. This pricing structure reflects our tiered approach where different credit amounts have varying per-credit costs within the same plan level. Are you looking at the monthly or annual pricing options for your comparison?

Hi Devin, Thank you for your patience on this. Our team is aware of the discrepancy you highlighted and will hopefully provide an update for this at some point (we don't currently have an ETA on that change). In the meantime however, at the explorer level, the cost per credit level is almost the same and shouldn't impact your budget. For example at the 0.03490 rate the cost looks something like this: 14,000 credits × $0.03490 ≈ $488.60 → roughly $489 20,000 credits × $0.03490 ≈ $698.00 → roughly $698 I would recommend signing up for the plan that provides you with enough credits that best suits your use case. If you choose the 14k, or 20k package, I'll top up an extra 500 credits to your account to more than make up for the variance in rates. Let me know how you wish to proceed.
