Hi Clay Team- i've got a table of 958 target companies. Time to get people info. Why does the "find people at companies" not show me the total number of people that meet the filter requirements? Instead i get 50 people as an example and can choose to import those 50 people. There's no way there's only 50 people that meet the criteria. If i choose to import those people it only imports 50 rows. If I toggle from 5 max people per company to 2 people per company and preview, it still only offers 50 people to import.
The preview in "Find People" shows a limited sample (like 50 people) rather than the total count that meets your criteria. When you import, the actual number imported depends on your search limits - such as max people per company restrictions - which can reduce the final count even if more people match your filters. The system displays both the results that can be loaded into your table and the total universe of results that meet your filters in the search interface. Check your search filter settings and adjust any applied restrictions before importing to ensure you get all desired leads.

Hi Gabe E. i worked out this issue. pilot error. all good. however, i totally blew it and accidentally spent 18k credits enriched a huge list. Didn't intend to do it. Didn't want those 1000s of emails and phone numbers. Any chance I can get a redo and get the 18k credits back??? Thanks for the update Adam! I just connected with the team and they've approved a one time refund for the 18k credits.
Would you mind just letting me know a bit more on what went wrong? Did you accidentally click the "Save and Run" button for the waterfalls? We're working to update the interface and want to understand where these issues come from.
Gabe E. Thank you very much for the credit refund. It was 100% carelessness on my part. It wasn't time to enrich with email/phone as i hadn't segmented the list to ICPs. I don't blame the UI at all. I made the mistake. Really wasn't paying attention to what I selected. Was finishing up my work day in hurry and pulled the trigger on the enrichment without paying enough attention to the project. Totally absurd and attempting to explain what happened sounds ridiculous... 🤷
