    Here are the main billing-related actions you can manage through the Settings menu: View and Update Payment Information: Access billing settings: Settings > Plans and Billing ** Update credit card: Click "Update Credit Card" ** Change billing email: Click "Update Email" ** View invoices and receipts: Click "Invoices & Receipts"Manage Credits and Plans: Check remaining credits: Settings > Plans and Billing ** Purchase additional credits: Settings > Plans and Billing > Purchase Credits**Plan Changes: Change your plan: Settings > Plans and Billing > Change Plan ** Cancel your plan: Settings > Plans and Billing > Cancel Plan Sources: Update Your Credit Card Information & View Invoices and Receipts Purchase Credits and View Amount of Credits Left for the Month Change Your Plan, Cancel Your Plan, Restart Your Trial

    I would like to downgrade my plan and missed the billing cycle by an hour. Can I downgrade and get a refund for the difference?

    Hi Omar. Could you let me know which workspace you're working in? I don't see any payments in the account where omar@leadmegaphone.com is a user. The workspace is on a Free plan.
