I’m having an account-specific issue and I’m completely blocked.
From my account, the in-app support chat and contact form show a blank white screen and don’t load at all.
I’ve confirmed that the same support page loads correctly from another Clay account, so this seems to be account-level.
I’ve already emailed support about an accidental enrichment run that triggered a large number of credits, but right now I can’t use the Clay platform or contact support via the app.
I’m based in the EU and it’s end of day here any help or escalation would be hugely appreciated.
