I am on enterprise plan but still limited to 50k rows per table
On the Enterprise plan, you can bypass the 50,000-row limit by enabling Passthrough Tables. This feature allows unlimited rows by handling data on a rolling basis and automatically deleting older rows (default retention is 100 rows).
Did that explanation help with your row limits?
If you still need help with the row limit issue or enabling Passthrough Tables, I’m here to assist. Would you like to provide more details about what you’re trying to resolve?
The 50k row limit applies even on the enterprise plan unless you request a custom expansion from the Clay team you can reach out to their support to increase that limit for your workspace.
Actually, the Enterprise plan includes "unlimited rows" as a core feature through Passthrough Tables. [1] This feature bypasses the standard 50,000-row limit by handling data on a rolling basis with automatic deletion of older rows.
You can enable Passthrough Tables to build tables with unlimited rows without needing a custom expansion. [2] If this feature isn't activated on your workspace, your workspace admin can enable it.
Does that clear up your row limit question?
If you still need assistance with the row limit or enabling Passthrough Tables, I’m happy to help. Would you like to share more about the specific issue you’re encountering?
it more of a Dedup activity better to have custom expansion
For deduplication activities requiring more than 50,000 rows, you're right that a custom expansion would be more suitable than Passthrough Tables.
Passthrough Tables automatically delete older rows (default retention is 100), which wouldn't work well for dedup since you need to maintain your full dataset for comparison. [1]
For custom row limit expansions beyond the standard 50,000, you'll need to speak with a human agent who can help arrange this for your workspace.
Does that help with your deduplication needs?
Yes please that would be great
