Hi Matt! Thanks for reaching out - I see that you emailed us last week and we replied, but potentially you missed this on your end. I think it was RE a question about the experts program, here's the reply that was sent and hope that helps: The $2K MRR requirement for the Experts program must come from individual client subscriptions, not from multiple client workbooks in a single agency account. Clay’s policy requires: ** Each client must have their own separate Clay workspace/subscription. ** You can’t accumulate the $2K through one agency workspace. ** This applies even if clients prefer a “done-for-you” model without system access. *Possible approaches: 1. Educate clients on the benefits of their own workspace for security and data separation. 2. Position it as a compliance and security requirement. 3. Create and manage the workspace on their behalf so they don’t need to interact with Clay. This requirement exists for data security and accurate client revenue attribution.
