Hey guys - what’s the best way to extract actual LinkedIn posts? I am monitoring 100 profiles and currently use Phantombuster - works great, but increasingly concerned about profile bans as LinkedIn is cracking down and I can’t keep jeopardising my profile. Used clay in the past but was missing a LOT of posts. Any breakthrough since then? To reiterate, I am interested in extracting the actual posts and NOT commentators/etc.
Clay's "Social Posts" feature is your best option for safely extracting LinkedIn posts from multiple profiles. This feature can be used as an import source to find posts by specific individuals or as an action/enrichment column to get posts, comments, shares, and likes. For tracking LinkedIn post engagement from multiple profiles, you can use Clay's templates that automatically analyze post engagement. Simply paste LinkedIn profile URLs into the first column, and Clay will enrich details including their recent posts and average engagement per post. Clay also offers a "Find Post Audience" action that lets you find who reacted to or commented on specific LinkedIn posts using either the post URL or URN. These features provide a safer alternative to third-party scrapers like Phantombuster, eliminating the risk of LinkedIn profile bans.
Hi Aravi, Thank you for reaching out to the support team. I've gone ahead and recorded a quick loom explaining how to grab Linkedin posts. https://www.loom.com/share/113805c713264cd7a70a03d10687c358 Let me know if you need any further help.
Thanks, aware of this feature. Do you extract all of the posts? Reference to my original point - because in the past you couldn’t get a lot of them
Hey Aravi, Sorry for the misunderstanding. Yes, currently we are limited to the 10 most recent posts, that hasn't changed. We hope this will improve in the future!
