Just to confirm — you’re saying the persona field is using the field ID instead of the full name, right? If it used to accept the name before, that could point to a bug. Can you confirm if that’s what changed?

The persona field is showing the “description” in the picklist rather than the title lol

Garrett - sorry for this, I've flagged this as a bug for our team.
Wanted to note though that your workaround here seems like the way forward regardless of the bug, as you wouldn't be able to have the different persona fields automatically mapped for each different row I believe, as it would map the same one to every row.
