Missing Templates in Enrichment/Actions: Is This Normal?

question: when i did the cohort, there were a bunch of templates in the enrichment/actions. but they're not there now. is that normal?

Templates should still be available in the enrichment section. To access them, click Add enrichment → Templates while in your table. You can also explore all available templates at clay.com/templates. If templates aren't showing up in your enrichment menu, this could be a temporary display issue. Try refreshing your table or browser to see if they reappear.

Hey! Yeah, that can happen sometimes templates don’t show if you’re in a different workspace, using a private view or there’s a filter on. Try switching to “All” or refreshing the page they usually come back.
