Will I Be Charged the Difference When Upgrading My Plan?

If I upgrade my $629/mo Annual Explorer plan to the $720/mo Annual Pro plan, will I only be charged the difference? Or will I be charged for the entire Pro plan?

If you upgrade from the $629/mo Annual Explorer plan to the $720/mo Annual Pro plan, you will be charged the full amount for the Pro plan when you upgrade—not just the difference. The billing system charges the total amount for the new plan, provides you with the corresponding number of credits, and resets your billing cycle so you have a full period to use them. Prorated charges or credits for upgrades are not currently available, but this is something our team is considering for the future. When you upgrade, your new credit allotment is added on top of your current balance, and your cycle resets immediately.
