Go to the workbook, click the title → "Edit workbook settings" 3. Under "Edit Access," select "Workspace admins and specific collaborators" 4. Use the "+ Add collaborators" option to specify who can edit For account-level permissions: ** On Enterprise plans, you can assign "Viewer" roles that limit users to only viewing workspace content (they cannot create new tables/workbooks) ** Viewers can be given Editor access to specific workbooks/tables if needed Note that Clay currently doesn't support table-level view restrictions - members can view all tables/workbooks once invited to a workspace.

1. Open the workbook you want to manage.
2. Click on the title of the workbook and select Edit workbook settings.
3. Under Edit Access, choose the desired access level. If you select Workspace admins and specific collaborators, you can then add specific collaborators to control who has access .
Note that more granular permission settings, such as restricting access to individual worksheets, are currently only available for Enterprise clients. For other plans, you might need to share the entire workbook or consider exporting specific sheets to share externally .
