Hi Clay Support, I have a question regarding Data Retention Policy in Clay I’d like to clarify Clay’s data retention policy regarding personal data storage. Specifically: 1. Retention Duration: Are there any settings in Clay that allow us to configure how long personal data (e.g., emails and names) is stored before it gets automatically deleted? Does Clay have a default retention period for such data? 2. Unused Contacts: For example, if we retrieve 15 contacts for three companies but only engage with one contact per company, how long does Clay store the personal data of the remaining 12 unused contacts? 3. Automatic Deletion: Since Clay gathers this data on our behalf when we request specific roles (e.g., C-suite emails for Company X), at what point does Clay delete the stored data? Is there an automated deletion process when the data is no longer needed? Thanks!
