Integrating Dynamic Values for Lemlist Leads in Campaigns

working on adding lemlist leads into several campaigns i have two different tables - already added custom values on the first table into two several campaign when i arrive on the other table and want to run the lemlist integration, how can I match the dymamic value i created in the first table as they're not appearing ? if i'm gonna create new custom values, there will be a bugg because i'll have different custom values for the same thing
