Hi, Clay keeps glitching and getting stuck running the final cells of an enrichment
Clay may get stuck running the final cells of an enrichment due to performance issues, frontend/backend glitches, or workflow misconfigurations. To resolve this:
Click the column header of the affected column, hover over the Run column field, and select Force to jump start the run. This can recover cells stuck due to performance issues and does not incur extra charges for re-running these rows .
If enrichments are not running, try clicking "re-run this cell" or toggling auto-update off and on again to prompt an update .
For large tables or complex workflows, latency can cause cells to get stuck. Try a hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows) to resolve temporary glitches .
If you notice repeated runs or rapid credit depletion, check for infinite loops in your workflow, such as auto-run enrichments triggering themselves. Adjust triggers or use manual runs to prevent recursion [1].

Clay sometimes glitches on the last few cells. Try refreshing the table or stopping and rerunning the enrichment that usually fixes it. If not clear the failed rows and run again.
To resolve glitches with the last few cells of an enrichment:
Click the column header of the affected column, hover over the Run column field, and select Force to jump start the run. This can recover stuck cells and does not incur extra charges for re-running these rows .
If a cell shows "waiting for its inputs," click re-run this cell or toggle auto-update off and on again to prompt an update .
For persistent issues, try a hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows) to resolve temporary glitches .
If some rows remain empty or stuck, filter for those rows, clear or delete them, and rerun the enrichment on just those rows .
These steps should help recover or refresh stuck enrichment cells.
