Clay S. I started with the $149/mo plan but realized it wasn't enough credits, so I upgraded to the $349/mo plan. Now I realize I need the $800/mo plan. However, I'm being charged for each additional plan as I upgrade instead of being billed the difference. Can you please help me upgrade to the $800/mo plan by paying the difference? Otherwise, I'm paying $1,300 for the same thing that $800 would get me.
Currently, our system bills the full amount when upgrading because it provides the corresponding credits and resets your billing cycle. However, you can receive a refund for your previous plan payment when upgrading - refunds typically reflect within 10 days. When you get a refund, the credits corresponding to the lower plan cost would be deducted from your balance. To upgrade to the $800/mo Pro plan, go to Settings > Plans & Billing > Change Plan and select Pro. If you need further help with the refund process, request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person."
